We Stand Behind Our Homes

We stand behind our homes and aim to make sure you are completely satisfied. It is Concord Homes’ policy to provide courteous and timely service for all warrantable items as defined by the provisions of the contract and in accordance with the procedures outlined in our Homeowner’s Guide. Of course weather conditions, parts availability, and contract rescheduling must be taken into account. Please refer to the warranties for all appliance questions and reach out to the manufacturer with any questions or problems.

Warranty Form

One-Year Warranty

Concord Homes offers a One year warranty that entitles you to submit a service request. The one-year warranty covers defects in workmanship or materials utilized on the property. Your claim must be in writing and submitted to Concord Homes within the one-year warranty period. (The one-year warranty period is one year from the date of occupancy)

To submit a claim:

Sign into your customer portal through Buildertrend and click on Warranty items underneath What’s Happening. You will see a green button titled New Claim and then you can submit your warranty request. If you are unable to access your Buildertrend account please call 1-888-415-7149 for Buildertrend customer service and they will assist you.

Or fill out the form below and click submit. Then a member of the Concord Homes team will contact you as soon as possible. All warranty requests will be followed up within 1-2 business days.

Ten-Year Structural Warranty

We also offer you a Ten-year structural warranty through the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty Corporation which includes the following:

  • Beams / Girders / Lintels
  • Columns
  • Distribution Systems
  • Floor Framing
  • Footings & Foundation Systems
  • Load-Bearing Walls & Partitions
  • Roof Framing System
  • Workmanship
To file a structural claim:

Go to 2-10.com/registerhome. Register your home and create a login and password. Then Sign in to your Homeowner Portal to request service or review the status of your service request. You can also call 2-10 Customer Service at 720.531.6717.
