Concord Homes offers a One year warranty that entitles you to submit a service request. The one year warranty covers defects in workmanship or materials utilized on the property. Your claim must be in writing and submitted to Concord Homes within the one year warranty period. (The one year warranty period is one year from the the date of occupancy)
To submit a claim: Simply sign into your customer portal through Buildertrend and click on Warranty items underneath What’s Happening. You will see a green button titled New Claim and then you can submit your warranty request. If you are unable to access your Buildertrend account please call 1-888-415-7149 for Buildertrend customer service and they will assist you.
Or fill out the form below and click submit. Then a member of the Concord Homes team will contact you as soon as possible. All warranty requests will be followed up within 1-2 business days.
We also offer you a Ten year structural warranty through the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty Corporation which includes the following:
- Beams / Girders / Lintels
- Distribution Systems
- Floor Framing
- Footings & Foundation Systems
- Load-Bearing Walls & Partitions
- Roof Framing System
To file a structural claim: Go to 2-10.com/registerhome. Register your home and create a login and password. Then Sign in to your Homeowner Portal to request service or review the status of your service request. You can also call 2-10 Customer Service at 720.531.6717.
