It is Concord Homes’ policy to provide courteous and timely service for all warrantable items as defined by the provisions of the contract and in accordance with the procedures outlined in our Homeowner’s Guide. Of course weather conditions, parts availability, and contract rescheduling must be taken into account. If you are within your one (1) year warranty period, please submit warranty requests here. Please refer to the warranties for all appliance questions and reach out to the manufacturer with any questions or problems.
